Medication Refill Evaluations in Colorado

In Colorado and running low on your regular medication? Adults physically in Colorado, including Denver, Colorado Springs, Aurora, Fort Collins and Boulder, may request an evaluation of an established, non-controlled medication. Nicholas Atudonyang, MD (Colorado physician license DR.0078666, telehealth only) and Salome Sutter, MSN, APRN, FNP-C (licensed in Colorado). The treating clinician's name and credentials are shared before care begins. Visits are virtual; Americare is based in Fairview, Texas and has no Colorado office.

Visiting, moved recently or regular doctor unavailable?

Ski trips, work travel and recent moves are common reasons Colorado patients run short. Bring your labeled bottle or prior prescription, dose, last dose taken, pharmacy contact information and relevant records or home readings. Your clinician checks whether continuation is safe; a bridge prescription is not guaranteed. Do not stop or change medicines on your own while waiting.

How to start

1. Check medication eligibility before paying through the existing refill payment route.
2. Complete secure intake with your current physical location in Colorado, medications and allergies.
3. A Colorado-licensed clinician evaluates the request and contacts you by phone or video as appropriate. New patients are contacted before prescribing.
4. If appropriate, the prescription is sent to your chosen Colorado pharmacy.

What is excluded?

Controlled medications of any kind (our Colorado telehealth license does not include controlled-substance prescribing), emergency symptoms and new treatment starts are outside this refill pathway. Some medications require records, tests or local care. No dispensing or medication shipping is provided.

Pricing and hours

$39 self-pay evaluation; medication costs are separate. We do not bill insurance, Medicare or Health First Colorado (Medicaid) for Colorado visits. Phone and text: Monday–Friday 10 AM–6 PM and Saturday 11 AM–3 PM Mountain time. Requests can be started online any time; review occurs during business hours and timing varies.
