Need more than a telehealth visit?
Medically reviewed by Nicholas Atudonyang, MD
Board-Certified Physician · Last reviewed October 2026
Many routine medication-refill needs can be evaluated online. If your situation is more complex or an in-person examination, testing, or follow-up is appropriate, we can direct you to an affiliated clinical location for in-person care.
MedRefillCare serves adults located anywhere in Texas by telehealth. The locations below are specific physical-access options; cities listed in the regional service areas are not represented as MedRefillCare offices.
Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex and North Texas

Our North Texas physical office is in Fairview; patients elsewhere in DFW can begin online and use the pharmacy of their choice.

How the in-person pathway works
1. Start online
For an eligible established, non-controlled medication, begin the MedRefillCare intake or contact us before paying if you are unsure.
2. Clinical evaluation
A clinician determines whether telehealth is appropriate. Prescriptions are never guaranteed.
3. Escalate when appropriate
If examination, testing or closer follow-up is needed, the clinician can discuss an in-person option within Dr. A’s clinical network or another appropriate facility of your choice. Availability and charges are set by each location.
Continuing care in person?
When contacting a familiar clinical-network location after a MedRefillCare visit, you can tell the staff: “I was seen through Americare Telehealth / Dr. A’s virtual clinic.”
Dr. Nicholas Atudonyang may be present at some locations, or you may be seen by another physician or nurse practitioner he works with. Provider availability varies by clinic and date; call the location directly before traveling.
Not sure whether telehealth is enough?
Call or text us before paying. We can help determine the appropriate next step.
